Department Overview

McDonald’s Corporation is undergoing a significant transformation to standardize its people practices globally. The company leverages Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM to manage payroll and ensure employees are paid efficiently in its two biggest markets, the United States and Canada. A dedicated team of technical and functional experts supports this initiative by rapidly implementing fixes and improvements through Agile methodologies.  

We are searching for an Integrations Manager who is eager to take part in cultivating an environment where visibility, speed, quality, and innovation are at the forefront. The Integrations Manager will oversee a small team of data integrations developers. The Data Integrations Manager will report to the application maintenance and support (sustain) Data Integrations Team Lead.  The successful candidate will have top-notch data integrations technical and architecture skills, while demonstrating clear team leadership capability.  The integrations manager will have experience in integrating applications built on Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technology Platform.  The ideal candidate will have experience integrating with different HR, Benefit and ERP applications. 

Duties

  • Manage maintenance and support of data integrations for Core Solutions – Payroll applications. 
  • Build and support a productive, safe, and fun working culture; Inspire the team with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Adhere to governance structures, while streamlining processes to ensure efficient team operations and delivery.
  • Assess performance of the integration team and processes to find opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 7 + years leading an integrations team in an application maintenance and support role.  
  • 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion and OIC Development experience, which includes design and development of OIC integration flows.
  • Experience supporting a Payroll application with both time and labor and absence specific requirements.
  • Ability to work within defined process and governance structures, while providing guidance for efficiency improvements. 
  • Experience working in a product centric, Agile Team.  Must be familiar with Agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ability to efficiently manage ticket flows as assigned to the integrations team. 
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical team members.
  • Experience collaborating with global cross functional teams.
